After market steering wheel

Does anyone know if there is any aftermarket steering wheel that can be used in the E34. If not what steering wheels are interchangeble.

Most alpina/schnitzer wheels you'll find that fit the E28/E32/E30/ etc etc should fit the E34, at least the early ones even with the airbag. I'm sure you could get a momo wheel that would require and adapter too. Then there are the BMW M-tecI and M-tecII and various other BMW sport wheels. hope this helps.
