Can I retrofit rear headrest in my 525 touring?

I am a proud owner of a 93 525 touring. I have noticed the M5 touring and 95 tourings have rear headrest. I wanted to know if I can put rear headrest or I have to replace the whole back seat. I am asking because I retrofitted rear head rest in my e36 and it was simple.
