Only about three hours left, the reserve has been met, and the bidding is up to over $24k! I wish I had an extra $25-26k to put in a bid on that sweetie, but maybe someone here.....huh??? Anyone bid on it yet? I know Jeff and Winfred want it! :p Nice to see a "classic" hold up in value, right Jr?

$25,100 and the bidding has ended...someone has a nice ///M5 to take care of for the next few years. Not bad, considering the cost 14 years ago was around $65k. About $3k a year depreciation for this example. With a limited number of ///M5's in the States, you would be hard pressed to find an original with the kind of mileage this one had. The price reflects only what the buyer is willing to bear. It shows there are still true enthusiasts, or people with the cash to play. Reminds me of the bidders on Barrett Jackson, they just have too much money....
