Any has done M20B27 engine conversion in e34?

Hi,

I am thinking to go for easy, cheap upgrade of my M20B20 e34 to M20B27 (2.7eta engine not the SuperEta) but using the B20 head which seems famous upgrade for e30 and even e21. THis will give me much more torque so can drive "heavy e34" more comfortably????

Has any done this on their e34? If so, can share some experience...

you gotta watch on mixing heads on certain motors because the pistons are not always compatable with the combustion chamber, like the domed I pistons hit on a E head, and E pistons with a I head make real low compression due to chamber size
