What kind of springs/struts do you run these days?

Also, are those 16's on...like...a 250? Can't really tell if they're 17's or?! They seem to fill out the wheel well nicely.

shes dropped ehh? Runnin Eibach springs and the Belstein struts, the V8 seems to drop em a bit though.

those are 16"s because of the infamous frozen altho semi thawed mile of fun I have to travel to paved roads. I went with 225/55 Falcon Ziex treads, love the ride but either the tires are way out of balance or the champs that mounted them bent my new wheels, this should be sorted out tomorrow after I visit Nikolas Motor sport thanks to Derek.

One day I'll clean her up and take some real pictures and change my sig pic. The looks really grew on me after I put on the BMW center caps, made all the difference in the world.

for this type of wheel? I wanted the M style double spoke (M-parallel) thing that I read you get for 400 bux... which was AFTER I ordered these! At first look I was afraid I didnt like em but with the caps they instantly were a part of the car. If I could do it all over again I would do it differently but heh, hindsight I would have bought a couple thousand in Microsoft in the early 90s and be all set :|

That's my point, as a distributor I was offered the deep deep deep discount of 20%. Obviously they could care less about a distribution network. Their theory of doing business is buy it, import it, and charge 75%-80% mark-up, which is great for them, but bad for us little guys. The tire rack is very similar in their structure, hence you see very few companies offering their wheel lines. I just love the classic look and deep lip of the Rondell wheel, especially for a 16".

Great lookin' wheels...I bought some Falken Ziex 512's a month or so ago and have had nothing but a huge pain in the butt. They "flat spot" to the point of shaking the car to a degree I would not have believed possible. I have had them and the rims checked twice on a Hunter 9700 and the tires do no seem straight or round. The temperature around here has been close to freezing at night and warms up to 10C during the day...it takes about an hour to get the tires to the point where I can actually be comfortable and relax. The distributor has talked to Falken and they are giving me my money back. I am trying a set of Yokohama AVS dB S2....hope they work out a bit better than the Falkens.

The problem with $400 M Parallels is the $800 you have to turn around and spend on tires. Then the $1500 you need to spend on suspension components to replace all the crap the 18" wheels ripped apart.

Here Here Here, 18x8" +13mm 18x9.5" +25mm silver or full machined face, but that's my cost, your cost would be $135.00 more + shipping ($60.00 max) ...and yes they have the M badge cutout and are probably the best copy of the OEM wheel........why you want a set? as for $800 18" tires...you can spend less than $700 and get Pirellis, or Nittos, or a great all season tire like #1 Falken Ze-512 for under $600. I honestly don't see the reason for disregarding 18". The E39 M5 came with 18" and the new M3 has a similar aspect ratio.

$195 gets you a set of Vogtland springs. 1.6" front, .8" rear, and a nice ride comapred to H&R or Eibach. :-)

Yeah, but that's parts only. For us mechanically unfortunate there is also labor involved. :(
