m20 525 engine swap with m50 525

Guys quick question, will an engine swap from an m20 525 to an m50 525 mate up to my existing manual 5 speeed gearbox or does the m50 have a different gearbox?

My understanding is that M20 transmissions will bolt up to M50 engines. The only issue is that the M50 engine sits at a different angle right-to-left so the manual trans shifter won't be exactly vertical. This was a common engine swap for the E30 crowd replacing their eta engines.
