Help!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a 1994 E34 525iX and would like some advice, please!
The rear of the car lists slightly to one side, which I assume means the rear shocks need replacing. I have had a look and they look like they're self-levelling, in which case why does it list? Is it a bump rubber or some other part that needs replacing?
Leading on from that, how hard is it to replace the self-levellers with ordinary shocks? I understand I'd have to remove all the pipework from the power-steering unit backwards, plug the pipes and bleed the power steering? Apart from time and effort, is this a major drama or can I do it myself?
Any advice would be well received.
Thanks in advance. :(
