Keep getting fog light error. Already sodered LKM.

:( I checked the fuses, bulbs, and the wiring. Tried a new LKM also. Can not seem to track down the issue. Any suggestions? '90 525i 103k

I would ensure that the bulbs are the same and that all wring grounds atc are all very good.I think the ccm somehow compares one side to the other or expects a certain ressistance value
