Smells a little fishy to me -- I emailed the seller to throw a few questions at him and was told that the car had done 25k with the setup...but, according to another question, the turbos have 15k on them?!
Plus, they recently stuck a reserve on it. No fun.

Tricky thing, buying a used turbo kit of E-bay. I don´t know the e-bay rules in the US, but here in the Netherlands if you buy crap, you´re ****ed, no way of getting your money back.

Mishibishi T-25 Turbo = Crap
Its not crap, just small. I Have 2, anyone interested?
Alpina used T-25 on their biturbo M50 setup i believe... that's why i purchased them.

Maybe their quality control standards have changed then. All four people I know with T-25's have had to replace them for premature wear-out (none of them were driven too hard).

no the quality is fine, the reason they have to be replaced is because people have no idea that you can't just pull into your driveway and shut the car off.
Eclipse GST/GSX owners who don't understand that their car is turbo'd just pull into the garage and shut 'er down. Cool, coke the oil on!

Yeah, I didn't think they did anything with an M50, as the uh...original...B10 BiTurbo is an M30 variant.

It would only be worth it for the manifold and piping, you should replace everything else. But finding both of those for these cars if hard and expensive. I had to get custom piping bent for mine and it cost a shitload.

I don't want to get into a pissing contest over this, but all four of the people I talked about not only knew their cars were turbo'd they babied them from day one. (they all bought the cars new)

Well we work on VW's and DSMs (mitsu eclipses) and every single GST/GSX that we've touched has been on the original turbo until we've molested them with a big turbo upgrade.. and every T-25 has been in great shape. Talking like 100,000 miles here.
