I just replace my center link, both tie rods, idler arm, upper and lower control arms, struts and springs. Click was there before I started and still there. I took about 1/2 turn of "slack" out of the steering box (still returns to center fine and no binding at full left or full right).

Trying to figure out what this click is. It feels or sounds like it is in the steering column. I have not yet taken off the under tray to check there and nor the pitmann arm. Everything else is new and it is just out of the alignment shop. Aligned perfectly and drives perfectly.

The only things I have not yet changes is the front sway bar and links which should go in this week. I'm pretty sure this is not the problem however.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

The click is most likely the steering column nut that controls the tightness of the sleeve that accepts the rod going to the steering wheel - for telescoping. You need to pull the panel over the pedals to access it. Bruno's site has a procedure. Don't over do it because you will lose the telescoping wheel. I did. Mine still has a slight click. It makes me thing that it's the U-joint at the steering box.
