Front seat issue 1992 E34

Front seats relcined, but will only move back up on one side ( the outside ) on each seat Therfore twisting the seats. Seats are stuck in the relcine postition and I have no idea how to fix this issue, any help would be thankful.

It's not that hard a DIY fix.

I have looked for the instructions to fix the seat. I can not find them when i do a search. Can someone please help a rookie out finding them.
