I saw in on a current affairs program tonight. They dyno'd a 4wd and it went from 63rwkw to 70 rwkw with the device installed.

I have never heard of them before. The inventor is US based.

http://www.fitchcatalyst.com.au/Product-List.asp?PC=11 - This is the aussiewebsite - but there is an US website.

FAQ here - http://www.fitchfuelcatalyst.com/techinfo/fitchfaq.html

what do you think guys, does it replace the fuel filter, this is what I assumed.

Why do I get the feeling this is just a magnet in a housing? My grandpa used to talk about putting oposing magnets on the sides of the fuel line in his Model A to get more power and mileage.

I think if this thing really reduced emissions and improved mileage the manufactureres would have it installed from the factory.

Remember the 100 mpg carburetor? And how about that turbo intake thingy that is supposed to add power, reduce fuel consumption and restore hair? I dunno - maybe Exxon has suppressed all of this miracle technology.
