Still can't post pictures - Free Pic Gallery

Is there still some maintenace / upgrade work going on on this site? I still can't post new pictures into the "Free Picture Gallery."

There's no secret password. I signed on like allways. I brought up the picture and got a message saying the post was successful. The newly posted picture isn't in the posted pictures list.
