Center Brake Light

I have a recurring bug with the center brake light -- the bulb is OK, but the plug in bulb holder/connector doesn't make contact consistently. So the light goes out and the warning comes on till I fiddle with it a little to get the connection working again. Then it works for a little while and cuts out again.

Any real fixes??
