i've been in search of a hesitation and i had found a cracked hose going from the intake boot to the idle stabilzer. so i tore the intake off and replaced the hose, and did a bunch of other electrical test on the sensors while i was in there. then i put it back together and now there's a knocking noise.
so...that's not it. when taking off the front intake nut it fell and is now lost, and i can't find it anywhere. so i thought the worst and took it apart again and looked at the intake valves (view able with intake removed). didn't see any problem with the valves. i also positioned the vavles fully opened and determined that the nut couldn't fit by the valve and make it into the piston... hopefully i'm right about this
so i'm at a loss here and am not sure what's going on or what to do next. did i mess up a sensor? the 2 coolant sensor connectors can be swapped...is that something?
