Wiper problems

A few months ago my radio, winshield wiper, ac, windows , & sunroof stopped working. Found out that I had a broken fusible link I changed it and now everything works except the wiper. When I turn the wipers on the interior lights come. Does anyone know what this problem is.

Just a speculative thing to check here...

Disconnect the battery, let the car sit a few minutes.

Pull the GM and RM (opposite side of the seat -- under a plastic cover with fuses on all sides) and reseat them. Also check all fuses while you're in there.

After a few minutes, reconnect the battery and test.

The GM senses what options comprise the ZKE has when said module is first installed. That's one of the reasons why you disco the battery before swapping that module with another unit. My thinking here is that the bad fusible link caused the GM to mess itself up and resetting/reseating it may solve the problem.

It's a far cry, though...just so you know.
