The starter on my '95 525i is starting to flake out (motor spins, but teeth don't always engage flywheel), so it's time to replace it before that happens all the time.
Looking at the starter's placement and from what I've read, it looks like I'll have to remove the whole intake assembly to get at it - if that's the case, are there gaskets I should replace as well? Anything else to do while I have it open?
