Have A E32 735i Trans Shifts Fine Untill It Warms Up And Then Go's From 3rd To 4th To 3rd In Ed Mode Then When U Stop It Starts In 3rd Gear Do I Need A New Trans!!!!

Have you checked the oil level?
Do you see in the cluster the gear and mode settings?
If not, the switch selector contacts have to be cleaned.

There are hints for fault finding.
