Flex disc or 2nd Gear

I get a vibration (especialy when cold) in mainly 2nd gear 20-30mph. It seems to go away when fully warmed up. When cold is very bad (like both rear wheels are square)

Is this possibly the flex disc? I have no idea how old it is, or is this an internal trans problem with 2nd gear.

Does it change with torque? That is, does it get worse when you accelerate harder?

If so. that's definitely the range you'll see for failed driveshaft u-joits OR a flex disc. A visual inspection will easily confirm one or the other (failed flex discs are VERY obvious).

When its cold it is contant. I have peaked under there but the V8 exhausts need to come out to see the drive shaft. or any of its components.
