Brake Linings

Just pulled into the garage.. and i got a message on my dash saying "Brake Linings"

Might want to check and see if you need new brakes.

Adam...the car needs new pads, front or rear - maybe both - and at least one new sensor. The thing's doing what it's supposed to do, which is tell the driver that the brake frictions are getting low.

I had that warning not too long ago. I bought new pads and got ready to to the job. i took off the wheels and the pads were barely worn. I reset the computer and the warning went away.
Might just be a sensor error.
