535 throttle control

help i've got a '92 535 with fly by wire throttle. Most of the time the car feels as tho its running on about 50% power and doesnt feel happy reving over 4500 and wont do any more than 120mph . i've fitted new injectors, airflow meter, fuel reg, and throttle housing any idea's whats wrong?

Could have a partially blocked or plugged up catalytic converter...

Might be worth checking it out.

yep that was the first thing to be got rid of.
