I bought a cheap Olympus once, it did the same thing a while. I toyed with it a bit (smacked it once) and the picture cleared up - but all of the photos were purple and green.

$6000 for a car with a sagging/dirty headliner, trashed steering wheel, delaminating front pass door panel, messed up driver's armrest, (admittedly minor) blown OBC light bulbs, poorly installed satellite receiver, and -- above all else -- an automatic transmission?
And those are just the visible issues...imagine what the car must be like, either in person or through a focused lense :)
People, for some reason, think that their "expensive" audio system makes a $500 car worth book value + 50%.
As Stossle says, "Give me a break!"

Using the old "soft focus" technique to hide the blemishes.
