Instrument light replacement help needed.

Ok so my lights behind the temp and fan speed controls on the center console have burned out. Chilton's gives me no clue how to take this apart to replace the lights, and i fumbled around trying to figure it out myself and i have no idea. Anybody know how to replace these lights?

Were you able to change your lights? I used the link provided to you and could not access the lights behind the temp and fan speed controls. Any tips?
