Where is the alarm box?

I have a 1994 520i which I purchased secondhand.
The alarm doesn't work and I'm looking to find the
alarm ECU box inside the car.
This is, probably, a dumb question...but:
-Where is the alarm box?

Probably under the back seat.

No, it isn't. Under the back seat there are only:

-The Battery;
-The Grundmodul GM;
-The Relay Module RM;
-The Air Bag Module.
