We are all learning the quirks of the administrative tools. If you use the copy command it tell you your operation failed and puts it in there anyway. There are two ways to access the archives. One way doesn't show everything that is in there so you move something and you look and you can't see it. So you try again and before long you have 4 copies in there. And we have NO delete powers. Our screw ups just stare us in the face.
