does anyone know if e38 seats fit in an e34?

hi all, ive been offered a set of e38 leather exellent condition, real cheap!
1st question, will they fit without too much hassle?
2nd question, are they hard to wire up in place of manual seats?

they won't fit and are much more wider than the e34 seats.
