anyone change out the window seals?

not sure what they are called exactly, but i had my tint removed a few years back and i guess they stayed a little sticky because when i put the up the windows they caught on the window seals on the inside the felt lined ones. so they were pulled on by the windows and are now bunched up in the corners. probably didnt help that my windows are off track a little. anyone ever change them out? i might as well do the outside ones too. probably a shop job but i was wondering on approximate prices.
