that is awesome, it would look so much better than the plain white ipod that sits in my car standing out like a sore thumb

but it's for a 4th gen and mine is a 3rd gen, plus it looks like a corporate bulk thing so it's doubtful that they'd sell just the external shell

which sucks, cause i'd really like one

i did, and they dont, maybe ill pose as a dealer and buy a bulkload for the forum, and then sell em to you guys for triple the price, HAHAHA

They will probably sell a batch as long as it's at least the minimum order quantity. I'd definitely want one if it were avaiable. Go for it, Kyle.

Do i feel a group buy coming on? id totally be in on it im shure if we had 5 of us to buy one they would make them. iv had a ipod since the day they came out its time to upgrade (i still have the 5gb scroll wheel one "gen1")

It's not just you... It looks photo cropped and I would say they didn't exist if I didn't know better.

the center wheel on the ipod turns with the outer one... so i wouln't be supprised if it was crookid

They should get a spinner for the center... that would be sweet... but yeah I see the point... not sure why they would have not lined it up nice for a picture... or in photocrop....
