It's wierd. I couldn't find that part number @ www.realoem.com.

Any LKM of the E34 and E32 will do. This is a LKM-B. Do you have that? The other one is the LKM-L, which has some more features. It is printed on the back side, You see it when you open the fuse box, no need to remove it.
Only be careful when you buy another country version. So do not buy one from USA for example.
US LKM are slightly different. As far as I know they do not have rear fog lights and also cannot switch on 4 headlights plus to fog lights at once.
In Japan we even have a LKM-L J (for Japan).
That works with 6 front lights (2 fogs) but no rear fog lights.
Often on the old LKM's there is written ECE on it.
To make things even more complicated, the one for Austria is also different. They have only one fog light at the left rear side.

That fits, don't worry.
10 Pound would be fine. Or bring your own one to a radio or TV repair shop, they can resolder it within 30 minutes. Just copy the page from Bruno where it is shown, a link is on my website below to Bruno if you do not know where to find.

Just checked LKM - it says "LKM-B ECE" on it, so I guess this should be ok...
