Or the wheel/tire combination at the rear is too wide, that it touches the fender when rear passengers are in car?
That is why in in some countries the former bad road package or Eastern Europe design is now used for sportier looking (higher rear and front lower springs).

I always wondered why there were so many different rear ends listed in the ETK. Now we know... LAD, M-tech, and now the BRP.
