You remember this thread where a gas stand tricked my wife and filled in wrong trans oil, I found it out, they refunded the money, paid refill and check by BMW and gave me a 3 months guarantee for any damage?

Now I had oil leaking from front seal and the car went to BMW at the cost of the gas station. They could not remove some bolts between trans and engine. So out came now: exhaust pipe cpl., engine, trans, steering gear, etc etc.
Here the picture show. And all at the cost of the gas station. That will be pretty expensive.

WOW! Big mistake by them.
They sure messed with the wrong guy. It pays to know at least the basics about your car. Too many people just get in, push the pedal, fill up with gas... repeat. Some even change the oil once every few years.

Fits to Mazda Capella und Mazda Famila!!!!!
Usually it looks like this, pic taken from Jon Evans website for fuel filter change. You see no fixing point/clamps there, as the BMW has one piece called repair kit boot

They charged so much refrigerant as per invoice. Even with the a/c fully empty. it could have not been possible. You should have seen their big eyes when I had my Bentley with me and showed them the exact amount which can/should be filled.
BTW: before we started the 'discussions' I asked if we could record the complete meeting on tape. They agreed happily before they knew what was coming.
With my wife I went and the top tech guy from the japanese E32 Club Japan.
Plus I had the support from the 7 series board in Germnay which were in direct contact with ZF in Germany.
Knowledge is all. And never fight someone who might be in the better know than yourselves. An expensive lesson for them. But I belive they have tricked many people which just did not know anything about their car.
Anyway, since I talked with the manager of the franchise, they keep their word and he was upset about the behaviour of some people in one of their gas stations.
At the moment I am driving a Nissan Van, courtesy of the gas station till my car is on the road again.

Hehe, no, I got the old boots back as I always tell my wife that she should ask for replaced parts because I want to see them. That is why I know that there was no leak on the shafts at all. The old boots were just dusty and not a single drop of old grease outside.
But as stuped as they were they gave the original ones back to here in the package of the new Mazda boots they installed. That is why I got suspicious and looked under the car and found the mess. Otherwise I never would have noticed that immy.
Stupid guys too they were.
