What tool to use to remove the front and passenger seats?? Torx??

11mm works but yeah its a torx

Inverted Torx - it's an E12 or E14, I forget. A metric socket can also be made to work on this particular application because they're not very tight.

my 11mm craftsmen has lots of teeth and fits great...

i will eventually buy some big torx ones

I bought a tool recently which has a lot of small magnetic pins inside. So that tool is endless variable for any kind of nut, no matter what size or shape. The magnets not needed are just puhsed back by the head of the nut to be removed.
I do not know the name of that tool, but appaarently it is a US patent.
Maybe someone can imagine what I mean and has a pic or a link.
It goes up to 15 mm from smallest size of one of these pins inside which is maybe 2 mm.
Goes onto a ratchet.

Have not tried it yet. But I hope these small pins are hard enough to get out such rusted bolts as shown in your pic.

Why don't the pins break?
The pins transfer the turning force from the fastener to the socket walls. The pins are compressed and are not subject to bending forces.

Much cheaper than in Japan, I paid for the one piece 20 $

I got one for Christmas a few years back, the first time I used it one of the pins broke, and it became completely useless.

I expect that mine was a cheep copy made from cheep materials.
