my honda friend was lookin at my motor a few days ago and asked
a good question..
why is the intake directly above the hottest part of the motor, the exhaust manifolds?
and i'm like good ques dude. :D
so has anyone moved the intake to the other side?
perhaps invert the intake manifold to make a new one to take ari from other side of engine bay?

its very easily done, to invert it,
a local machine shop can blank up your
old throttle hole and machine a new one on
the other side, ideal for turbo'd/intercooled set up

what about all the cruise control junk that is over there?
just a matter of relocation?
and the ICV and the like just mirror everything to that side?
extend the vacuum hoses etc?

Would probably make a fibreglass one myself, mount an airfilter underneath with an external grate to stop the leaves (plus some neat U-bend to drop the water when driving at speed and its raining).
Now that really would be cold-air injection! :) Nick
