I'm no expert (call of the coward), but I'd say its the right plug for the job. It does, however have some electrode wear and, given the no hastle factor, could be replaced.
Always looking for an exuse to post my own pics. Bosch, cyl # 6, M50.

edges still look fairly sharp, if it was well worn it would be rounded off, the buildup on the plug looks typical for an m30 with some miles on it.

marks around the insulator, most Ngk plugs never show that much corona discharge on them...

That was from my first plug change back in 2001. I guess they had been in there a looooong time. Car ran fine though.
