Here they are guys. We opted not to trim the bracket pretty yet... we were too busy tearing up in this thing :) It's really freakin quick. Anyway, here is the fully polished supercharger pulley, some pics of fuel gauge, recirculation bypass valve setup, throttle body tubing, and whatever else you can see. Really tight quarters so its hard to get stuff in the pic...
Anyway, she's running good now.

Cheers,

Jon--this is like automotive steriods right? What do you do with all that power? Are you racing? Has the NJ turnpike been converted to the autobaun west?
Someone explain to me why horsepower is so sexy.... It is and I don't understand why.

to me...its all about the 0-60 times. Acceleration is uber cool to me, even if I'm not going 100+. But being able to turn fast and smooth > going super fast (having lots of hp)

Nice work Jon. After you are finished can you start development on a supercarger for the M30.

0 - 60 time are MUCH improved.... I don't launch the car (not worth the strain on driveline) so I don't get boost until about 2000rpm, but even still, 0 - 60 is MUCH quicker... my friend estimates in 6 secs... I have to see about that :)

Jon,
Where in Jersey are you? From time to time I can be found weaving in and out of traffic on the turnpike, presumably not as fast at you though.

I hope you're trolling. You drive a 535i and you ask about why horsepower is so sexy? Drive a toyota corolla and get back with us.

Gayle... Horsepower is equal to grin power...
The more you have, the wider the grin!
Try a 540 and try to stop the smiles.
HP brings out adrenaline or something!

hey dont knock the corolla dude, i got one, i call her ol' faithful, everytime my bmw lets me down (first time was when the tranny died, and second time when i repainted it) ol' faithful saved me, everyone wants to buy her and i keep telling them, "buy the bmw instead" they say "we cant afford the bmw" and i reply "so what makes you feel you can afford the corolla?"
she's 23 yrs old never painted, no rust and everything is original except for the wheels, oh and yes she is the slow boat to china or should i say japan lmao 0-60 in about 15 minutes lol

I agree, you dont have to use it all, all of the time, but to know it is there when you want to boogie is the grin factor.

So how much power are you making now, Jon?
Your goal is 750, right? :D
Jon,
On the third picyure where the fuel line shows, what is it rubbing against ? Metal or plastic ? Shouldn't you put some extra rubber protection on the fuel line to prevent it from rubbing to pieces?
