Are the control arms the same throughout the E34 range or do they differ? Also whats the difference on the M5's? Do they just have tougher bushes or are they bigger in diameter too? Cheers.

Ive a similar question as well, One track-control arm is aluminium while the other is cast iron My car is UK spec '94 525TDs. Any idea which is the correct type?--There do seem to be different types across the range of E34, but what the differences are I have no idea.

Have you tried http://www.realoem.com/bmw/ ?
You can compare the part nos between different models.
I would say M5 bushings should fit all the E34s, but I'm not to be trusted ;)
