English/German information display

I've just bougth a 525 e34, and have some trouble reading the information display. The bmw is imported from Germany. And someone told me once that it was easy changing the language from German to English... Is it? And how?

My second problem is the inspection ligth: It turnd orange this week and going red in a while.. I'v done the inspection my self, oil change and that. But how do i reset the inspetion light?

I'm glad for all answers (even wrong.. :D )

Changing the OBC language:
The OBC language of the car will sometimes reset itself to German. To change it to whatever you like try this:
1. Turn the ignition to position 1.
2. Hold the CC button down for 10 seconds. Then the next language will appear.
3. Repeat this procedure untill you have the desired language.
The available languages are: Engish UK, English US, French, German, Italian, Spanish
