Has anyone worked on this system? In running down my DSC/ABS problem, I have replaced both of the front speed sensors to no avail. The light clears in the morning, but after being driven for awhile the light comes back on. My code is for vehicle speed sensor "a", which I posted about before, but nobody is real sure which one that is- the code is from a generic autozone scanner. Before I suck it up and take it to the dealer for an ABS controller, I wanted to check the speed sensor that is on the underside of the dsc compressor. My question is about the two metal pipes that exit the back of it. Can I just remove these to get the compressor out? What are they filled with? I just want to check the contacts and maybe spray some stabilant, but theres no way to get at it without moving the compressor.
