Help!! E34 front fog lamps

Hi,

Need some help from you guys. I live in Malaysia and own a E34 520i Auto 1990 model. Bought a set of front fog lights (did not come as standard item) in very good nick from BMW wreckers which came off a 525i. have fitted them myself today, but doesn't work.

I believe a relay is needed in the fuse box at left side of engine bay.
The fuse area has many relays (unmarked). Please advise me which is for the fog lamps as well as what are the other relays for.

Currently, there are 3 unused areas for relays ... but don't know which one. Yes, i could go to the Bimmer mechanics but they'll start tearing things apart as it happens here all the time.

middle relay was for fogs as I remember. I put my fog lamps later as well

Anyone with Bentley manual will be able to help. Please email me a picture of the fuse area showing all fuses as well as marking them all for future reference. If there is already such pics, please lead me to the relevant site. TQ TQ Tq most kindly.

Which part of Malaysia are you from? I am in Seremban.

Foglights were badly fitted on my car by the PO. So it dims with the dimmer! Must have tapped it from the Instrument cluster. Am in the process of doing it properly. There is a wiring connector to the left of the engine compartment, a round one for the fogs. My present mechanic seems to be knowledgeable. The wire set from the connector to the fogs are a bit pricey he says. If you need more info - call me at 012-6033737
