Green antifreese and oxidation. Time bomb?

Source, can't recall, claimed that green antifreese allows oxidation to form in engine. The green stuff looks OK, even after extended time, because there is no rust to turn color. Oxidation is holding on inside of block and head just waiting to screw you.
