I've got a long running debate with a buddy of mine on what is the weight of the M60 engine and a M50 engine...
I have looked through this forum and most of the places on the Web that I could think of but have been unable to find it...(It also could be that I really suck at searching the Web...)
Anybody here know...? I am not looking for guesses but would like to find a "real" number...
Thanks for you help

154kg on the m60 and i would imagine you could add at least
another 20kg by the time you bolt on the flywheel, manifolds, harmonic damper and accy's. The m50 bare shortblock weighs 131kg in the etk with no manifolds etc etc...
M60 146 kgs and M50 136 kgs.
ETK figures are always lower than actual weights. I guess etk states pure nett weight not taking into acount any auxilaries on the engine. We weren't to far off though.
