If the motor was good and the interior was buffalo and in black, it'd make a nice parts car for the touring. :D
You have a to figure a decent 3.6 or 3.8 M5 motor is about $10k. Why not get the suspension, transmission, brakes and what not thrown in?

Someone has posted this car on this forum before - and it wasn't within the past 3 days.
Not implying anything other than finding the previous listing might be informative !

I'm not familiar with the term Salvage Title/certificate issued. Never heard that before here. What does it say about the car ?

I may be wrong here but since when has an 'original' M5 been fitted with a 2.5 ltr motor???

Says that 6 times in the description. Does the seller want some time to get away and hide before you make your first claim?

The car is filthy, some of the body gaps look weird (maybe just me), and the black trim doesn't match from piece to piece. Pics suck too, I wonder what it's really like.
Anybody else get turned off by ads with bad grammar?

I'm not familiar with the term Salvage Title/certificate issued. Never heard that before here. What does it say about the car ?Can mean a couple things - let's just quote Carfax:
Salvage Title - A Salvage Title is issued on a vehicle damaged to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation exceeds its fair market value; or a vehicle that has been declared a Total Loss by an insurer or other state or jurisdiction. Some states treat Junk titles the same as Salvage but the majority use this title to indicate that a vehicle is not road worthy and cannot be titled again in that state. The following ten States also use Salvage titles to identify stolen vehicles - AZ, FL, GA, IL, MN, NJ, NM, NY, OK and OR.Bottom line is that it's not worth anywhere near market value.
