i use a hand pump from a boat store that's used to pump lube into lower units, it screws onto the bottle and is cheep/durable just take the little fitting off the end and trim the suction tube to length

Excellent! I've been doing the same for a long time ... works great for differentials too.
I made a diagram of the setup once, dunno why I never bothered to take pics :)

Or, you can use a turkey baster with the clear tubing on its tip, and squeeze the juice into the transmission. Or, empoxy/JB Weld the tubing to the hole you drilled in the cap, then use the plastic bottle as a sqeeze bottle--no air compressor needed.
