Hi, new to the forum and first BMW. Bought it last year. Just noticed the right low beam headlight (xeon) is out and I was wondering if there was any special technique or problem in changing or replaceing the bulb? I have replaced bulbs in American vehicles before but never anything European. Any help would be appreciated. I searched the forum archives but could not come up with anything.
Thanks, markone.

It should be very easy. Open the hood, see the head light bulb and lenc have a plastic couver to protect from water and engine heat, take it out and you will see the bulb. with connector. First take the connector out by by lifting a little latch on connector and pulling it away from bulb at the same time. then take the bulb out by rorating it. Install new bulb and put every thing back togather.
Hope this will help.
Good Luck.
