OT: anyone play halo 2

i know its kinda big where im from, and when im not checking this forum, working, or at school, im play halo 2 online, was wondering if anyone else did?

I beat the game in co-op mode with a friends but i dont own it personally. I play world of warcraft mostly on the thunderhorn server. I used to play couter-strike and counter-strike source, but when i moved they got screwed up somehow and that was about the same time i started playing world of warcfat so i havent played cs since.

I play it at lans with friends. I have an xblive accoutn but I rarely use it anymore. I got it to play Street Fighter Anniversary coolection online. Halo2 is great fun with friends but I hate it otherwise. Its like a bastardization of what an FPS should be. The 70 fov, the walking in molasses feeling. :( I'm a old school quake style fps'er.
I also play BF2 and warcraftIII:TFT

i never liked the joystick interface for movement so didn't give the game a chance, really. love kb/mouse combo. i play quake1, rtcw/et, and bf2

bf2 is great.. the infantry combat takes a while to get used to.. you can't change your fov (that i know of) so it seems slower paced, relatively speaking. you also can't strafe and sprint at the same time.. kind of makes for awkward movement

but.. the game is so comprehensive it's amazing.. i have a particular affinity for the attack chopper.. so fun

I used to play it every now and then. I haven't played for a few months, but my roommate is on sometimes.
