How much discount are we talking about here? With Mobil 1 prices up there... gee... might as well buy Amsoil.

The best I can do is 15% off retail on any Amsoil product. They just raised their prices. A few examples:
5W30 synthetic, retail = $6.35/qt -15% = $5.40
10W30 synthetic, retail = $6.35/qt -15% = $5.40
My cost is $5.00 per quart (Amsoil's gonna spank me for posting) so you can see there is very little mark-up.
This is their standard full synthetic good for 25k miles/1-year between changes & prices for other viscosities are same or similar.
Shipping is .33 per lb and 1-qt = 2 lbs
They also have a premium "Series 2000" line, good for 35k miles between changes but it's more expensive:
0W30 = $8.75 retail - 15% = $7.44 per quart
You can save another token 2~3% buying it in bulk. I usually get 1-gal jugs for mine which is cheaper than buying 12-quart cases.
I don't mess with the Series 2000, their standard full synthetic is more than sufficient.
