A friend of mine builds and repairs PC's for a living. Much of his work is cleaning out PC's infested with viruses and spyware often picked up from porn sites and filesharing. Of course when the owner is told why their computer wasn't functioning properly they often say...

"Well I don't know how all that stuff got there, I don't go to those kind of websites... it must have been put there by someone else!"

Occasionally he has had people so adament that it wasn't them who were surfing pornsites or filesharing that he has even been accused of putting it there himself, and then they refuse to pay him. So now he just gives them a little wink and says...

"Problem fixed. Would you like me to give the report and bill to your wife.... or would you rather take care of it?"

He told me that seems to do the trick almost every time! ;)
