The cars were built by Pure Performance Factory in Sweden. There was an article on one of their cars in the latest Performance BMW Magazine. That car is an E30 touring with the same engine. It's reportedly capable of 200mph. Wouldn't you just love to dust off a Ferrari with a wagon?
