pulsating brakes

My car had been sitting for a little over two weeks (winterbreak). Impressively it started right up, i let iddle a little to get thigns going and then went on a little drive. I noticed as i braked i felt a pulse in the pedal. It was not ABS, it felt like warped rotors, it decreased a great deal over the course of a day, but nonetheless i wanted to bring up the issue because.. well brakes are brakes.

Before parking the car this problem was not there

most likely a thin buildup of rust on the rotors, once driven it should completely dissapear. There isnt any real danger unless the layer gets real thick.
