Or, they could say it another way. 2/3 (more than half) of the people killed in crashes involving the youngest drivers are occupants of their vehicles.

I saw that "chase" it was a dark grey 2006 3 series, it wasnt anything spectacular when i was watching, the cops were waaay behind and he was just going normal speeds, i heard he crashed at the end and crawled out of the sunroof, but didnt see that part
